NANOTOUCH HYGIENE SYSTEM

Ecostatic solution

Surfaces around you may harbour harmful microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, mould, fungi, algae and yeast. When they pass to clean surfaces through contact and create biological pollution, this is called cross-contamination.

  • Free of toxic chemicals

Does not contain the toxic chemicals found in conventional disinfectants, such as alcohol and chlorine, or heavy metals. The technology of its molecular structure provides highly effective and permanent antimicrobial disinfection.

  • Safe in living spaces

Contains no corrosive or toxic substances, so you can use it safely in your homes, workplaces and living spaces.

  • Against cross-contamination

With its unique antimicrobial ecostatic formula registered with the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), it is safely used on any surface where human contact is possible and eliminates the danger of cross-contamination.

WHAT IS NANOTOUCH?

New generation disinfectant

Nanotouch creates a thin layer of nano-sized needles on the surfaces where it is applied. This nano layer prevents harmful microorganisms from living and multiplying in the environment.

  1. Binds to the surface

Positively charged polymers in seventh-generation quaternary ammonium components bind to the surface at a molecular level.

  2. Forms a nano-needle bed

Electrically charged particles cover every surface, porous or non-porous, with nano-needles measuring one billionth of a metre.

  3. Breaks down the cell wall

Instead of the chemical poisons in conventional disinfectants, these needles break down and destroy the cell wall of harmful organisms, giving you surfaces you can touch safely.

Does not allow resistance to develop

With chemically acting disinfectants, microorganisms turn into resistant super-microorganisms over time, so a higher dose or a different product becomes necessary. Because Nanotouch destroys harmful microorganisms physically, it needs no dose increase or product change, and contributes to the economy as well as protecting you and nature.

WHY NANOTOUCH?

Permanent disinfection

As long as the nano-needle beds formed on treated surfaces are not removed with an abrasive substance, the permanent disinfection process continues.

How does the biofilm layer form?

The layers in which microorganisms grow, reproduce and spread by sticking to surfaces are called biofilm. Although not every biofilm is harmful to human health, their matrix protection and polysaccharide substances provide protection and nutrition for many microorganisms.

  1. Attachment to the surface

  2. Proliferation and microcolony formation

  3. Mature biofilm formation

  4. Detachment and spread from the biofilm

Traditional disinfectants

Their chemicals are toxic depending on the duration of exposure, so they are formulated for a short-term effect in order not to harm human and animal health. Contamination begins immediately after disinfection, harmful microorganisms become active and biofilm forms again.

Nanotouch

The positively charged polymers in its water-based structure form nano-needle beds on all surfaces, porous or non-porous. From the moment it is applied, it fights microorganisms and biofilm for at least 28 days depending on wear, providing permanent antimicrobial protection on every surface people touch.

In areas where human contact is intense, such as health institutions, educational institutions, accommodation facilities and public transport, its long-term protective effect has been proven by tests.

WHAT IS ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING?

360-degree effect in application

Electrostatic spraying both reduces the amount of disinfectant consumed and provides access to the most inaccessible points of the application area.

Conventional spraying devices
Electrostatic spraying devices
  • Mechanical spraying

One of the simplest methods. Although it may seem reasonable for small and restricted areas, it is inadequate for large areas or places with a high density of people.

  • ULV fogging devices

Because they work by fogging, they do not reach every point of a surface. The fog cannot reach the far points of the environment, and harmful microorganisms there are not affected.

  • Electrostatic spraying

This patented technology charges the disinfectant with a positive charge and allows it to cover all negatively charged areas and objects. It is cordless and saves both time and money.

The devices have the "EN" certificate showing they are produced in accordance with international quality standards. The backpack and handheld models can be chosen according to the size and ergonomics of the area of use. Using Nanotouch Max and Pro with these devices provides both more effective and more permanent protection.
