Victory VP300ES Backpack Electrostatic Sprayer

The Victory VP300ES is a cordless backpack electrostatic sprayer designed for professional use. At the 40 micron setting it is designed to cover up to about 2,137 m² (23,000 sq ft) on a single tank; the manufacturer states this figure from internal testing using flow rate and particle size. It aims to save time and labour by spraying less liquid while covering more surfaces.

The sprayer adds a positive electrostatic charge to the solution being applied. Droplets carrying the same charge repel one another, spreading over a wider area in an even layer rather than clumping together. Because most surfaces have a negative or neutral charge, they attract the droplets; this wrapping effect helps reach the shadowed, vertical and underside areas of conductive surfaces. The manufacturer describes this as its patented Double-Charge technology.

The 40 and 80 micron settings spray a full cone, while the 110 micron setting sprays a 120° fan. Particle size and flow rate can therefore be matched to the application; the values for each setting are in the nozzle comparison table.

Electrostatic spray devices, which allow cordless application, use 3 times less disinfectant than ULV devices and are 3 times faster. They also reach the far points that fogging devices cannot. Using Nanotouch Max and Nanotouch Pro with these devices provides both more effective and more permanent protection; approximately 500 m² can be covered with 4 litres of Nanotouch Max.

Manufacturer documents recommend the sprayer for applying water-based solutions in disinfection, sanitising, odour removal, decontamination, pest and mould control, agricultural spraying and fertilising. They state that it is used across industries from air travel to schools and restaurants.
