Information and purpose
Your name, email, phone number and selected products/quantities are collected to review your request, contact you and prepare a quotation. No customer account, payment or order is created.
Basket and security
A cookie identifies your basket. Your contact details are not stored in cookies or URLs. Requests are protected along with records of authorised staff access and status changes.
Contact and access
Only authorised staff can view your request in the management panel. The team contacts you using their own email or telephone channel. This form does not request marketing or campaign consent.
Required before publication
The company must confirm its legal identity and address, application channel, legal basis, recipient groups and any international transfers. Retention periods and deletion procedures must be determined from the purpose and applicable law. This draft does not set a retention period or authorise indefinite retention.
Status tracking by request number
Anyone who knows your request number can view only the current status and last update time. Contact details, selected products, internal records and documents are not shared in this area. Keep your number safe and share it only with relevant people.
Your rights
Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law provides rights to information, correction and, where applicable, deletion or destruction. The company’s application address will be published once confirmed.
