Newsletter subscription request — draft privacy notice
Scope and purpose
The email address, selected language, request date and consent-text version you provide in the footer are stored only to record and manage your newsletter subscription request. This does not create a customer account, affect quote requests or verify ownership of your email address.
No messages are sent
No newsletters, campaigns or promotional emails are sent at this stage. Your address is not transferred to SendPulse or any other marketing list. This form is not unlimited consent for future marketing; address verification, appropriate commercial-message consent and the Turkish IYS process must be completed separately before sending.
Consent and security
A separate, unchecked consent box is required. Subscription is not a condition of purchasing or contacting us. HMAC-hashed IP information and rate-limit counters help prevent misuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in subscription records. Only authorised staff can access the list, and access and deactivation are audited.
Retention and rights
Use the contact page to request withdrawal, correction, deletion or exercise your other rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. The company's verified application channel, controller identity, legal basis, retention period and deletion process must be completed before live publication. This draft does not authorise indefinite retention.
